  2. 50% advance payment is mandatory to confirm booking.
  3. Advance payment is non-refundable once the mechanic is assigned/dispatched.
  4. Refund is only applicable if we are unable to assign or dispatch a mechanic.
  5. No refund will be provided in the following cases:
    • Mechanic has been dispatched
    • Customer cancels after booking
    • Incorrect or incomplete details provided by customer
    • Customer is unreachable or unavailable at location
  6. Full service charge must be paid once the mechanic reaches the location, even if the issue is not resolved.
  7. Estimated arrival time is approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, or other unexpected reasons.
  8. We act as a service platform and are not responsible for disputes or service quality issues between customer and mechanic.
  9. By booking a service, you agree to all the above terms and conditions.
  10. Service charges may vary depending on vehicle type, location, and issue complexity.
  11. Spare parts or additional repairs (if required) will be charged separately and must be approved by the customer.
  12. Customer must ensure safe and accessible location for service. Any delay due to unsafe or restricted area will not be our responsibility.

  15. All payments must be made through approved methods only.

  17. Booking will be confirmed only after successful payment verification.
  18. We do not guarantee exact arrival time or immediate service due to external factors.
  19. Customer must provide correct location, contact details, and remain available during service time.
  20. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or issues caused during or after the service.
